We are seeking individuals who can constantly drive towards acquiring and retaining customers and experience building a business for growth personally and or with a team.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and drive adoption and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with partners and customers
- Develop robust knowledge of all software and hardware product lines/services
- Track market and sales performance.
- Maintain relationships with partners (Agents, Truckers and Processors)
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities and customer service management using a Freshworks customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
- Monitor performance ratios for agents and provide strategies continuously improve them.
- Managing Sales Funnel per user and researching existing customers to ensure targeting is precise.
- Perform cold outreach, Email, LinkedIn, Phone Calls and manage leads generated.
- Work closely with marketing/sales teams to create programs that drive brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Degree: Higher Diploma or BSc. Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences like Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Experience: 2 years of Business Development, marketing, and or public relations experience. Prior knowledge of using a CRM tool is required.
- Person Characteristics: personal drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective writing skills, analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns, business awareness and excellent organizational and time management skills, enthusiastic and empathic personality, flexible and proactive.
- Tech: Being comfortable with using a CRM tool, Slack, Google Suite, Excel, Miro and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added Advantage.
